A Few Words About Our Magazine

MazelTov.com was launched in 2019 as a result of two friends, one in South California and one in South Carolina catching up on their weekly call. The new “Southerner” was describing his binge reading of all books by Pat Conroy. We had a domain, MazelTov.com, and we were looking for a Jewish purpose for it. And Pat Conroy’s stories had the answer. Why not publish stories that people can write? We all tell stories. Now we have an opportunity to write them down and have them published as essays, letters, short stories – but not “blogs”, a word that Pat Conroy was not fond of.

We will be an online periodical (free) with you as guest authors of stories and essays (FAMILY MEMORIES,  HOLIDAY TRADITIONS, MY MOTHER’S (GRANDMA’S) RECIPES, POET’S NOTEBOOK, TRAVELLER’S DIARIES, and more.)
